How much is postage and packaging?

        Postage and packaging is FREE within the UK. The postal option used varies depending on the total value of your order. Typically, this will be 1st class for orders under £40, Recorded Delivery for £40-£100 and Special Delivery for orders over £100.
    International postage costs will vary and buyers will be contacted to confirm this. Please be aware that insured international postage can be very expensive.

What is Google Checkout?

        Google Checkout is a secure online payment method which allows you to shop on the web using just your login. You can have the peace of mind that comes with using a trusted brand with Google, whilst enjoying the ease-of-use that the Checkout system brings.

What is your returns policy?

        We have a 14 day moneyback policy if, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase. (Refund amount would be equal to the order value, so would not include cost of return postage or international postage).

How does the Book Store work?

        The Book Store is an integrated selection of coin books from Amazon. All orders are with Amazon and not ourselves. Amazon provide a huge selection of books as well as being known for reliable service. There is an option to search for books not related to coins in case you wished to buy various items in one go.

Do you source coins on request?

       Yes, we do. If there is a specific coin that you wish to acquire, let us know using the contact form. Please provide as much information as possible, including year, acceptable condition, and any peculiarities (rare inscriptions, errors on coin etc). We will do our best to source the coin for you.

Are you willing to buy my coins?

        Yes, we are happy to consider buying your old English coins providing they are in excellent condition and dated before 1895. Again, please contact us, providing as much detail as possible and we will get back to you.

Is there an easy way to keep up with updates?

        Several! We have a mailing list that you can join which will give you updates on new items that we have and you can follow us on Twitter, where we will do the same. We are planning other ways of bringing this information to you too, so watch this space.
